Mandatory Internship CRM Management (All Genders) – Palma de Mallorca

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a CRM Intern (All Genders) who’s passionate about Green-tech, data-savvy and wants to help our inspiring team to bring our solutions to the world.

In this role you’ll be responsible for being a active member of our CRM team, working towards the execution and planning of our CRM efforts by:  learning to use Hubspot (our CRM system), acting as an administrator to create and maintain user set permissions, learning how to document data through forms, building interactive reports and dashboards to document growth inside the company. You’ll also be dedicated to researching on how to best optimize Hubspot and its features.

You will take on these multifaceted tasks:

• Analyzing and cleaning existent data on the CRM, with the help of your mentor
  Building processes to automate clean data collection
• Building user interactive forms for cross-functional teams
• Documenting important properties and workflows on the CRM, understanding their objective and capabilities
• Understanding the different roles and responsibilities of individuals in the organization, and creating efficient user permission sets and maintaining them
• Learning to build reports and dashboards to showcase the growth of our products
• Research on how to best use the CRM across teams inside Biofabrik

What you bring to the table:

• You’re a university student of Business, Marketing, Data analytics, Engineering/Science or comparable and have to complete a mandatory internship
• Good knowledge in Excel, data visualization tools like MS Dynamics/Tableau/Power BI
• Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently
• Creative problem solver and natural entrepreneur; comfortable with risk-taking and ambiguity
• Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers.
• Good to have: previous knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho or other CRM tools
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
