At Biofabrik, our goal is to reduce the destructive depletion of fossil fuels while developing profitable business models. To strengthen our team, we are looking for Sales Development Representatives (all genders) who want to bring our solutions to the world.

We are looking for SDR’s to support us in the early stages of our sales process to qualify and win potential new customers. You will work closely with experienced account executives and benefit and learn from their experience. Work Location: Palma de Mallorca (Spain) or Dresden (Germany) or worldwide from home

Type of employment: Full-time or as Freelancer

You will take on these multifaceted tasks:

  • International lead generation and qualification (outbound) in target markets worldwide
  • Presentation of the company and the product portfolio with the aim of establishing suitable long-term business relationships
  • Close cooperation with the Account Executives, especially for special inquiries and customer communication
  • Responsible for the correct recording of own customers in the CRM software
  • Preparation and presentation of market analyses and coordination of new market requirements with management
 
 

What you bring to the table:

  • A successfully completed degree in the commercial or technical field or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in comparable positions, ideally in technical sales and B2B
  • You are the first contact of all new customers and bring open-mindedness and high communication skills with you
  • You have an independent, structured and reliable way of working – with us you get your own responsibility from day one!
  • You have a high affinity for IT, first experiences with Google Workspace and Hubspot are an advantage
  • Ability to work in a team, empathy and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team – we are team players and support each other!
  • As we are an international team, you should have a very good command of English, further language skills are an advantage.
  • The willingness to develop in a challenging work environment where your contribution is valued
