At Biofabrik, our goal is to reduce the destructive depletion of fossil fuels while developing profitable business models. To strengthen our team, we are looking for Sales Development Representatives (all genders) who want to bring our solutions to the world.

We are looking for SDRs to support us in the early stages of our sales process to qualify and win potential new customers. You will work closely with experienced Account Executives and benefit and learn from their experience. In addition to your professional development, your personal progress and goal-setting is very important to us and we look forward to supporting you in this process.

Work Location: Palma de Mallorca (Spain)
Type of employment: Full time
Timeline: Starting in September 


You will take on these multifaceted tasks:

– International lead generation and qualification (outbound) in target markets worldwide
– Presentation of the company and the product portfolio to establish suitable long-term business relationships
– Close cooperation with the Account Executives, especially for special inquiries and customer communication
– Responsible for the correct recording of customers’ data in the CRM software
– You are ready to be the first contact of all new customers and bring open-mindedness and high communication skills – this makes you the face of Biofabrik
– Preparation and presentation of market analyses and coordination of new market requirements with management. 


What you bring to the table:

– You are a European citizen
– You completed a degree in International Business, Business, and languages or similar.
German and English proficiency. Other languages are a plus (especially Spanish).
– You have a high affinity for IT and previous experience with Google Workspace and Hubspot.
– Highly collaborative, yet able to function well independently.
Creative problem solver and natural entrepreneur; comfortable with risk-taking and ambiguity
– You have Executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision-makers.
– You have an independent, structured, and reliable way of working – with us, you get your responsibility from day one!
– Ability to work in a team, empathy, and enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team – we are team players and support each other!
