Here we go: For the international roll-out of our technologies, we are looking for a technophile service technician.

The Biofabrik Group develops revolutionary technologies to solve critical environmental problems in a sustainable way. Your tasks:

  • Construction, installation and commissioning of customer-specific plants worldwide, on site, as construction and project manager
  • Supervision and execution of plant tests after commissioning
  • Carrying out maintenance and servicing activities at customers’ plants
  • Customer support by phone and online
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of continuous education and training measures for our worldwide distributor network – online, on-site and in the Biofabrik training centre
  • Collaboration in the coordination of service calls for service maintenance, repair and troubleshooting for our WASTX technology
  • You support our worldwide distributor network in setting up and connecting to the Helpdesk as well as in carrying out ongoing service tasks and monitoring their performance
  • Master data maintenance and documentation
  • Work locations Dresden, Aalen, worldwide

Your strengths:

  • Completed technical vocational training as e.g. industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, industrial electrician, industrial mechatronics engineer or a comparable qualification, further training as a service technician is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service technician and/or the commissioning of industrial plants, ideally in the petrochemical sector and in an international environment
  • Experience in the use of common PLC and visualisation controls
  • Confident handling of CAD and Eplan is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety is an advantage
  • Experience as a trainer and/or in the implementation of training courses is an advantage
  • High customer and service orientation
  • Quick comprehension very good organisational and communication skills
  • Strong assertiveness, with at the same time a high ability to work in a team
  • Very good written and spoken German and English, further language skills an advantage
