Your tasks:

• Support of our central finance team in the operative day-to-day business
• Support with administrative tasks in accounting
  • Preparatory accounting
  • Monthly administration and
  • Accounting of employee meals
  • Maintenance of inventory lists
• Processing and digitalization of incoming and outgoing mail
  administration, processing and digitalization of documents
• Data maintenance and creation of documents
• Organizing and preparing internal events
• Assumption of project-specific tasks

Your strengths:

• You are a registered student in the field of economics or a comparable course of study
• You ideally have experience in office management and/or accounting, e.g. through internships or part-time jobs
• You have very good Excel skills and experience in using Google services
• You have very good German and English skills
• You have a high affinity for IT, are flexible, work independently and in a structured manner, and are very conscientious.
• You have empathy and enjoy working with an interdisciplinary team
