To support our growing team, we are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and independent IT administrator (all genders) for our Google Workspace. 

Besides being highly IT-savvy and enthusiastic about technical developments, you have a heart for IT security and a desire to create. 


Your tasks:

  • Technical responsibility for our global Google Workspace platform
  • Administration of the global organizational structure including management of users, groups, services
  • Setup and continuous development of the central rights management in Google Drive for users and groups 
  • Monitoring and further development of the Google Workspace infrastructure incl. leading the introduction of new Workspace services
  • Implementation, support and monitoring of support cases in the Google Admin Console
  • On- and offboarding of our employees in the context of IT incl. hardware 
  • Establishment of new rules and implementation of further measures to ensure a high level of security
  • Establishment and continuous development of an information security management system (ISMS)
  • Implementation of IT security standards such as DSGVO, ISO 2700x
  • Analysis and evaluation of technical security incidents 
  • Participation in the design of holistic IT documentation 
  • Participation in the creation of recommendations for action in the form of user trainings and guidelines as well as the implementation of regular user trainings


Your strengths:

  • A successfully completed degree (e.g. Business Information Systems / Computer Science) or a comparable qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience as Google Workspace Administrator
  • Experience with automation solutions and/or Google App Script (a Google Workspace Admin certification is a plus!)
  • Experience in the implementation and regulatory requirements of common security standards and good practices (e.g. ISO2700x, BSI Grundschutz), corresponding certifications are an advantage
  • Experience in the area of data classification
  • Experience in the implementation of the DSGVO 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills advantageous
  • Independent and structured working style
  • Empathy and enjoyment of working with an interdisciplinary team
