The Biofabrik Group develops and markets technologies to sustainably address energy, food and waste issues. We aim to reduce destructive fossil fuel extraction while developing profitable business models.

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support our CEO and Founder.

As the CEO’s right-hand, you will gain insight into confidential company-related and private matters – loyalty and discretion are therefore the basis of the cooperation. You have to think quickly and with foresight, act proactively and self-confidently, adapt to new situations and keep a cool head at all times. You work in a structured and independent manner, always have everything in view and solve problems creatively and outside the box.

As an Executive Assistant (m/f/d), you have the opportunity to be very close to a visionary, his revolutionary mission and the challenges and great moments of a constantly evolving start-up. In the process, you will meet very different personalities and cultures, whom you will encounter with your openness, empathy and curiosity.
As a technology company, we expect all team members to have a high affinity for IT and an enthusiasm for technical development, engineering and innovation.

Your tasks:

  • Content-related support of the CEO in the operative day-to-day business
  • Appointment and travel planning incl. accounting, preparation and follow-up of meetings
  • Networking and relationship management
  • Participation in national and international travel
  • Planning, implementation and management of specific projects, e.g. in the areas of marketing, business development and HR management
  • Preparation and presentation of conceptual and strategic topics
  • Collaboration in HR management (recruiting, onboarding of new team members, administrative tasks)
  • Information procurement, analysis and preparation

Your strengths:

  • successfully completed studies in the field of economics or engineering
  • at least 3 years of experience in assistance at C-level
  • high IT affinity, experience with Google Workspace and task management tools (e.g. Asana) is an advantage
  • very good organisational and communication skills
  • high level of comprehension
  • extremely structured and independent way of working
  • willingness to learn and eagerness to create
  • team player and empathy and enjoyment of working with an interdisciplinary team
  • very good knowledge of German and English, other foreign languages would be an advantage

We look forward to receiving your application in a pdf document (max. 5 MB) by e-mail to jobs@biofabrik.com.
